Designed and Manufactured by Mike Pothoff, a street rodder, racer, and metal fabricator with over thirty-seven years experience. An NSRA member (#815) since 1971, a Goodguys and West Coast Kustoms member, co-founder of Southwestern Oregon Street Rods back in 1975, charter Member (#26) of the South Coast Drag Racing Association. The former owner of Myk's Custom Automotive Fabrication from 1980-1992 and former owner and originator of Myk's Louvered Baseball Caps from 1982-1988 and has driven a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetline street rod (the Z-48) all over the country for the past twenty five years. Mike knows and understands cars, car people, and how to fabricate quality products.

Mike designed the unique and compact Engine Hoist "PIVOT PLATE" back in 1991 and has been continually improving and refining it since then. High quality materials are used and close dimensions are held in precision jigs and fixtures. The "PIVOT PLATE" bolts to the intake manifold and will fit all two and four barrel carburetors of Rochester, Carter, and Holley. Grade 8 cap screws are provided to give a 1500 lb. Capacity. Proven Safe on aluminum intake manifolds.
